How payment works
On Love your life you always pay BGGI GmbH. Here is how it works and what rights you have.
Your contracting party and payee
Your contracting party and the recipient of your payment is BGGI GmbH, BGGI GmbH · Rostocker Straße 43 · 53117 Bonn · Germany. The invoice always comes from BGGI GmbH — including for services of doctors, clinics and service providers that you book through the platform.
Card payment via Stripe
Card payments are processed by the payment service Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). You enter your card details only on Stripe's payment page; Love your life neither receives nor stores them. You can also pay by bank transfer to the account of BGGI GmbH.
How providers are paid
BGGI GmbH pays doctors, clinics and service providers only after they have provided the service — not before. Until then, your money stays with BGGI GmbH.
Your rights
- Withdrawal: As a consumer you can withdraw from a contract within the statutory period. More → · Withdraw from contract →
- Cancellation: You cancel booked services according to the cancellation rules of the respective service; we calculate deadlines in calendar hours. More →
- Refund: We refund amounts paid in excess or without cause via the payment method used, for cards via Stripe. More →
- Invoice: You will find every invoice as a PDF in the portal under “Invoices”. More →
- Complaint: You open a complaint in the portal; it is handled in three stages. More →
