Love Your Life is a digital platform of BGGI GmbH, Bonn. It organises and accompanies medical treatments across national borders.
Patients create their case on the platform together with their documents. BGGI GmbH organises the submission of the documents to doctors and clinics, translation and interpreting, visa and travel organisation, and billing.
Medical services are provided exclusively by the treating doctors and clinics under their own responsibility. BGGI GmbH does not provide any medical services and gives no assurance as to the success of a treatment.
The platform is available in 24 languages.
The provider of the platform is BGGI GmbH, Rostocker Straße 43, 53117 Bonn.

BGGI GmbH answers press enquiries in the language of the enquiry, insofar as the platform supports that language, and otherwise in English.
BGGI GmbH does not provide information about individual patients, doctors or clinics.
On this page, BGGI GmbH provides the word mark, the app icon, the press photo and the short profile of Love Your Life (press material).
BGGI GmbH grants media representatives the simple, non-transferable and free-of-charge right to reproduce, distribute and make publicly available the press material exclusively for editorial reporting on Love Your Life and BGGI GmbH.
Each use must name “BGGI GmbH” as the source.
The press material may only be resized and cropped. The word mark and the app icon must be reproduced unchanged.
Use for advertising purposes, for goods or services of third parties, and in any context that creates the impression of a cooperation with BGGI GmbH, or of its approval or support, is not permitted.
No rights to trademarks, names or signs are granted beyond paragraph 2.
BGGI GmbH may revoke the right of use for future uses for good cause, in particular in the event of use contrary to paragraphs 3 to 5. Editorial contributions already published remain unaffected.

For making the press material available free of charge, BGGI GmbH is liable only for intent and gross negligence; liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
BGGI GmbH processes personal data from press enquiries (name, media outlet, contact details and content of the enquiry) in order to handle the enquiry on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for handling the enquiry and no statutory retention obligation exists.
