Interfaces for real hospital systems
Love Your Life works with complete digital files, roles and documents, and provides an interface architecture for HIS, PACS and billing systems. Each hospital is connected individually, under control.
Transparency: hospital and system connections are activated per institution — contractually, technically and in line with data protection law. What you see here is the interface architecture, not a certified live connection to any specific vendor.
HIS
Exchange hospital data
Today the exchange with a hospital runs over the structured e-mail channel: request, cost estimate and reply, each tied to the case. There is no direct connection to a hospital information system (HIS) yet; the architecture is prepared for one.
FHIR / HL7
Interoperability layer
Receiving reports via FHIR is technically prepared: practice software can deliver reports as a FHIR R4 DocumentReference through a signed endpoint into the right case. It only works per provider or practice software once a contract is in place and access has been set up. The opposite direction — handing data over to a hospital's own workflows — does not exist yet.
PACS / DICOM
Imaging and reports
Reports and imaging are stored as documents in the case file, where they can be read, shared and translated. There is no connection to DICOM or a PACS.
