Participation Agreement for the Platform Love Your Life

This summary in plain language is non-binding. It is only meant to provide an overview. Only the following text is binding.

With this agreement, you buy units of the platform “Love Your Life”. You thereby participate every year in the profit of the platform, if there is a profit. You do not become a shareholder of BGGI and have no voting rights.

You first make a non-binding request. BGGI checks it. The price is only fixed upon confirmation. You then sign digitally and transfer the amount. Your units only count once BGGI enters them in the register after receipt of payment.

Your share of the profit depends on the number of your units. It is not certain whether there will be a profit. If there is no profit, you receive nothing for that year. However, you never have to pay in additional money.

You may lose the money invested entirely. There is no deposit protection. BGGI does not advise you on investing money.

You can only sell or pass on units with the consent of BGGI. After at least 24 months, you and BGGI can terminate the agreement with six months' notice to the end of a financial year. BGGI then buys back your units and pays you the repurchase price.

A statutory right of withdrawal remains available to you. You can see your units, requests and profit shares at any time in your area of the platform.

As long as the information on the right of withdrawal for financial services and the asset investment information sheet (Vermögensanlagen-Informationsblatt) have not been published on the platform, you can read this agreement but cannot yet request any units or sign it.

Doctors, clinics, pharmacies and other healing professions that provide services via the platform cannot buy units of the platform.

Before each request, you declare that you do not belong to them. The platform additionally checks this on the basis of your account.
