Data deletion

Status of your deletion request
App “Love your life” removed on Facebook
Love your life stores no data about your Meta or Facebook account; we do not offer login via Facebook. If you remove the app “Love your life” in your Facebook settings and request deletion, you receive a confirmation number. You can use it to check the status here.
Messages via WhatsApp
We automatically delete messages that are not linked to a case after 90 days. If you would like them deleted sooner, write to datenschutz@bggi.de and state the WhatsApp number you wrote from. Before deleting, we check that the request comes from the holder of that number.
Account with Love your life
If you have an account, request deletion in your portal under “Privacy”. Data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, is deleted once the statutory retention periods have expired.
